Are Europeans pedophiles?

In Europe the legal age for sex is really low - like 14 in Germany, Portugal, Italy and Austria. In Spain its 13!!!1 This means a 40 year old man can legally have sex with a 14 year old as long as it is consensual (without coercion etc).

Does this mean the Europeans are pedophiles? Does it mean it's legal to be a pedophile in Europe?

In the US different states have different ages of consent (ranging from 16 to 18) as it's a federal system. Some states will not consider a crime to have taken place if someone has sex with a child under the age of consent if they were under the impression that child was of the AOC. So these states allow people to have sex with children as long as they believed the child was over the AOC. ARE ALL AMERICANS PAEDOPHILES? American laws allow adults to have sex with children as young as 14 without penalty.

I cry when I think about all the children being legally abused in the USA.
