Don't be daft. I am a total amateur, especially on blogger and am happy if someone who knows what they are doing does some work on the blog. I only fiddled about a bit with it today.

Hello all. I've missed all the updates this evening - have been toddler taming. And still am.

I will have a proper look tomorrow. I have written some stuff as promised but you probably don't need it now. I can't upload as laptop had been commandeered by toddler for watching choo choos and I'm on iPhone.

It's very late and I need to go to bed, but I just need to post how relieved I am to have found some people to froth with! I've been frothing for weeks and was feeling really alone as no-one else around me seems to have noticed the shit that's raining down on us all. I need to know that I'm actually doing something real about the cuts. What can I do? Something that will have a real effect.

Am reading a bit about the lobbyists. What a filthy business that is.

I guess denial is a good defence.... until you suddenly find your cupboards empty and wonder how you're going to feed you children, and wonder what the fuck just happened. Then you wring your hands and wonder why didn't somebody do something.

I don't Tweet. Do I need to start? I was very baffled by my one and only foray onto Twitter ages ago.

It can be great fun, and very informative.

If you don't take to it, you can do other stuff. Just by reading and commenting on the blog, by passing it on to others via email or FB. Particularly good is when it is linked to on some other website, as that helps google find it.

You can also help by pointing out articles that we might have missed. Or indeed writing a post yourself, if you would like to do this.

The great thing is that so many have experiences in different areas so we are getting a broad range of ideas.

I have asked a couple of folk on Twitter if they would be interested in writing for the blog.

I've updated the petitions page on the blog with everything we have so far.

I have asked on the thread about the cancer patients if anyone would like to do a blog post.

I had a great (if I do say so myself) blog post on housing and I wanted to link it up today, after the programme on CH4 yesterday but my blog has lost it somehow. Have checked in the backup but it has somehow slipped through the net.
