I found this prayer on Facebook and tought it was a beautiful way to start the new prayer thread.

There was a beautiful picture with it too, but I don’t know how to transfer that.

doing the long drive to take dcs to say goodbye

Prayers for safe arrival and a peaceful passing for Grandad. Can't be easy. I'll be thinking of you Bes.

done 120 mile round trip.

children have said their goodbyes.

ds is very distressed, communicating through behaviour.

dd is too but differently.

ex went without clothes, or charger, straight from work. some basics have been delivered.

it is now just a matter of time.

MHD, I got it at 1 minute after midnight onto my Kindle - it's so well written and I'm totally connecting with what you say. It will form the centre of my Advent reading when I set aside time to read it slowly.

At the moment I'm having to hold back from galloping through it - I'm greedy 😇. I will find it so helpful. Many thanks for putting own to paper and I hope you are improved.

It's a strange old launch day, because I am now in hospital on IVs. Yet friends have created online buzz about it and it already has a bunch of amazing reviews, which is crazy exciting!

Fil passed away peacefully this afternoon. Please pray for SIL and ex and DCs. We would not have been able to see him if we had left it until tonight to go.

I will have to tell mum tomorrow. She was quite upset earlier.
