Prayers for Aillidh.

Just wanted to start a prayer thread for expat's little girl, Ailidh, who has been very ill with leukaemia. Just wanted to show our support and pray that her treatment works and that she is back in action very, very soon!

Expat ,please dont lose hope.There is still time for Aillidh to get better.You must not lose hope.We are all hoping with you.is your dh any better ,is he nearer to coming in to visit now ?

oh expat i just dont know what to say, i have spoken to my mum and she and my dad are going to pray for you all and they will pass on the message to their church who will also pray for you and ihave written a prayer request for you at the church toddler group i go to, its not much but there are lots and lots of people out there sending positive thoughts and prayers for you and Aillidh.

is there anything, anything at all we can do, even if its just to send books or story cds or a little card and package for Aillidh or your other 2? do please let me know xxx

Aillidh is enjoying the cards coming in for her birthday already! She is also a fan of pop music and that dumb song 'Call Me Maybe'. Today she was planning the picnic we'll have when she gets out.

She's getting some platelets that have been jiggled with so she'll hopefully hang onto them longer.

maybe all of mn can have picnics the same day and time to celebrate her birthday with her !

Hold that idea, mummylin- it's a fantastic one.

That is a good idea, would be good to get the whole of MN doing something at the same time.

Please don't beat yourself up about the decisions that you have made. You could have gone wih the 20% and still have been in the same situation. It's just shitty luck.
We are all here praying, wishing, hoping, hand holding.... You aren't alone. X

Expat many of your posts have been too technical for me to understand. "jiggled with" is one that makes perfect sense. I'm cheering on the jiggly platelets.
