4 - Thursday is fine. cat (or PM me on cnt) your address and I will get DH to post them. I am back to full time (promoted and starting a masters this week) and just dreading it!

TheNattyTheHippy · 06/09/2009 09:48

hey ellie nice to 'see' you
charlie is great, if hard work. he is a big puker and a big eater, so generates masses of washing and is always on my boob

got 10 hours out of a BG last night as fell asleep feeding him and didnt put his night nappy on. granted we had soggy leg holes on his vest but i was impressed none the less.

I'll send you a message about Airflows, Dee, I have a hankering for a Weenotions fleece wrap (has anyone tried them?) perhaps this is the way to do it...

JennyPenny22 · 06/09/2009 13:13

WN fleece wraps are fab - I am on the lookout for more!

OP posts:
TheNattyTheHippy · 06/09/2009 17:19

does anyone know if the lining in BG is diff to other nappies? everytime i put one on charlie he reacts.
very odd

an excuse for minki lined WN tho to replace then

Octothechildherder · 06/09/2009 19:05

nappy - BG lining is cheap according to another manufacturer! They were telling customers at the last baby show that their lining was antibaterial Not sure what evidence there is for this .... does he react to all fleece or just BG?

TheNattyTheHippy · 06/09/2009 19:09

the BG so far, no problem in his slinki minkis. tis very odd.

Octothechildherder · 06/09/2009 19:13

hmmm is it a new one? If it is a used one you have bought may have detergents in that he is reacting to - if new, no idea!

Octothechildherder · 06/09/2009 19:13

myjobismum - shouldn't be long!!!

Octothechildherder · 06/09/2009 19:17

the BB inserts didnt work for us, found them not absorbant enough. tho they are very slim and fit nicely in most pockets. i think i have one floating about if u wanted to try it?

4andnotout · 06/09/2009 20:19

Evening all

I love the bb combi inserts, i use them in all my pockets including my wnos and my udos, if anyone does want to offload some let me know!

Octo im very of your holiday, we will probably be camping in france again for 3 or 4 weeks next summer, airfares for my tribe would kill me now!!

Have had a fantastic day for dp's birthday, the meal was lovely and we spent 2 hours in there The kids are all asleep in bed now, so we are enjoying a well deserved beer

i have heavy wetting children, tho i havent tried BB combi in my newborns nappies, it would prob be fine as we use BG inserts and they last for hours

if u got them cheap u could prob sell them on for a similar amount, so i wouldnt worry about losing money
