How old were you when you became a mum?

That says it all. I was 33. When I first started posting on mumsnet I got the feeling that most members were late twenties/early thirties - don't know how much that has changed though.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Gwenick · 13/03/2005 22:53

Dior - - that's ok - people have thought I was 6ft and black before now - which is even more shocking

whatsername · 13/03/2005 22:53

I was just turned 18 when I had ds, 20 when I had dd and I'm now 24.

Fimbo · 13/03/2005 22:53

Dior I know what you mean, I think the same about NonDePlume (again not meant to be an insult)

HUNKERMUNKER · 13/03/2005 22:54

28, am now 29.

Niddlynono · 13/03/2005 22:54

30

TinyGang · 13/03/2005 22:55

Same as you Willow - 33 but I'm 40 now. I'm sometimes surprised when MN's reveal their ages (usually younger than me!) cos when I can't see someone I assume they're the same age as me...why?? Just shows we all have similar experiences and worries regardless of age. Seems a great leveller this motherhood business

HUNKERMUNKER · 13/03/2005 22:55

Are you pretending to be a whippersnapper again, Gwenick?

tweetyfish · 13/03/2005 22:55

DS 25 (2 days short of 26 - very nice birthday present that year!)
DD 28

biglips · 13/03/2005 22:55
