Reading though the conversations on Mumsnet, you occasionally come across an amazing feat of motherhood. I thought it might be interesting to collect all these stories together into a 'Mumsnet Book Thread of Records'!!!

Was your baby very tiny, or very large (mine was 10lb 4oz, but there are loads of bigger wrigglers out there!)?
Was your newborn 3 feet tall?
Was your baby born at 24 weeks?
Did you give birth in your early teens, or at 50+?
Were your babies born 9 months apart, or did you leave a 20 year gap?
Do you have quintuplets? sextuplets?
Have you given birth 37 times? etc..etc...

Come on, lets hear your stories about all the amazing mums and babies out there!

I ate the most packets of onion ring crisps when i was pregnant with DS1.
Then vomitted at the tiniest amount of onion when i was pregnant with DS2.

I'll not compete for the saggiest competition, but possibly most displayed as after 7 months plus of breastfeeding I feel that one or the other has now been viewed by most of the population (or at least that's how it feels!)

DS was 12lb 12oz - I don't think I've yet come across anyone on MN who has had one bigger, but I'd love to know if someone has!

I was very disappointed when I found out that my 10lb 9oz-er wasn't the biggest on MN, by a long way.

[must try harder next time]
