To want another baby - head or heart?!

For context I have 2 beautiful children (4 and 7). I’ve never felt “done”. My head says no but my heart says yes. I feel empty. I yearn so desperately for another baby. My husband is not against it at all but he’s with my head in that we can’t really afford for me to have another maternity leave and return part time (I’ve taken a step down in my job to enable me to be with our children more).
How do I get over this feeling?!

Thank you for everyone who’s commented kindly. I think I didn’t word my first post very well. My husband would love another child but is definitely the voice of reason regarding finances. He has a good job earning 40k plus bonuses and I’m a teacher. It’s not like we absolutely cannot afford it and both of us have room to grow career wise in the future (I’m early 30s).
so yes a third would be a financial hit but not undoable. Those thinking that my 2 children don’t fulfil me, they absolutely do and I love them beyond words, everything I do is for them. It doesn’t help friends asking when we are having our third because we clearly love family life. We holiday abroad once a year and do multiple camping trips. All of which would still be possible.
it’s unlikely we will have a third, but have always said a surprise baby would be welcome (heck our first was and we had had to quickly buy our first property very quickly!) but we won’t be trying for one. We are both the youngest of 3 siblings so I think 3 just feels natural for us as that’s what our families looked like.

Sounds a good plan and think will probably end up happening if it’s what you both want 🤣 would say go for it, yes life is so much more full on with 3 kids absolutely but we don’t have any regrets, our 3rd definitely feels like she was always meant to be part of our family 🥰

Would 3 complete you? What if that child gets to 3 and the same urge comes for number 4? I was lucky to be blessed with 1 and would have loved 2 but wasn’t to be. He maybe an only child but never a lonely child. My husband is one of 3 and middle child and he felt left out when his sister came along
