What time does your primary school start? Just curious as ours seems earlier than others so wondered what time others start?

Children must be in school by 8:50 at the latest.

8:45 and not a minute sooner

School 1: 7.30
School 2: 8.30
School 3: 8.45
School 4: 8 45
School 5: 8 50

(And the secondary school... 8.30)

8.55. Drop-off in a 10-min window from 8.45-8.55 which is a PITA – wish we’d gone for the less-nice school with the 8.25-8.45 drop-off

School 1 a 15 minute window from 8.30 but most are in at 8.30. They sit down, start learning and have a piece of toast.
School 2 9am thank fuck because it's a bloody horrible drive to get her there in time after the first drop off.

Years 3-6 - 8.50am (doors open 8.40am)

15 minute drop-off window 8.30-8.45

This gives me palpitations just reading it

45 minutes lunch
3.00pm finish

Gives me palpitations every morning 😂
We have to drive 6 miles across a busy city centre to get there, so we have to leave at 7.50 every morning to make sure we have plenty of contingency time to make it for the 5 minute window before the gates are shut!

Door opens at 8:35, they have to be in by 8:45.
