@mumsince2021 oh no hun is there Reason why he keeps waking up. Bless you, you must be so exhausted.
This is my first time having a baby soo close together in age. I'm actually excited. I know it will be hard to.. This pregnancy has got me so tired. I'm constantly in bed laying down. I've been feeling really sick to but nothing comes up. Never had that before in any of my pregnancies

burtle4 · 19/04/2023 12:44

@mumsince2021 at least he settles relatively easily once you've gone in to comfort him, it must just be so draining having to keep getting up all through the night! Hopefully it's just a phase and he'll work out how to self settle soon 🤞
@jadey1991 I was pregnant with my second when my first was 16 months and it was really exhausting but 2 years has been a lovely age gap. With all four pregnancies I've had, I felt nauseous but was never actually sick thank god because I hate being sick 😂

Curlymam88 · 19/04/2023 13:48

@jadey1991 maybe you're having a girl 😄 I was like that at the beginning. Do you have any cravings yet? I just wanted fruit and ice cold lemonade from mcds. Was so disappointed when I went and they didn't give me ice cubes 🤣

Hello everyone!
Just checking in ……. I have news ….. not as exciting as a new baby. Actually infact not exciting at all really but maybe an end to an on going problem for my little Jack. After him having several ear infections since starting Day Care in Jan finally 🤞🏻he is going to get tubes in both ears! I think in the UK they were called ‘Gromits’? I know I sound excited but it’s been soo miserable for him with endless antibiotics & sleepless nites. Hopefully this will give him some relief. Anyone out there have any info to share on the subject who be most grateful - thank you I just 💙this group!

@burtle4 was it hard having your 16 month old and a baby? Lol my baby's due date is December 13th 😂😂😂😂😂 Josiah's bday is 15th December.
@Curlymam88 😂😂😂 at first I though I was having twins lol. But there is only one baby in there. I feel like I'm having a boy again(which would be so lovely) but I'm happy with whatever now. I'm just glad I've been blessed again.

I was really sick with my boys but nothing with my girl
So exciting @jadey1991

burtle4 · 19/04/2023 16:01

@jadey1991 ahh, that's so exciting, have you had a scan? Can't believe their birthdays will be so close - and another Christmas baby! My daughter was born 11 days after my son's second birthday so there's an exact 2 year gap. It was really exhausting having two so dependant on me but my daughter was a really easy baby so that helped. She mostly just slept and ate in the early days so it wasn't too bad, and it was lovely when she was around this age as they had each other to play with.

burtle4 · 19/04/2023 16:03

@JW2021 sorry I have no experience with grommets but that's great news that you've managed to get help. It sounds like Jack was having a horrible time with ear infections so I'm glad that they've found something that can help him x

jadey1991 · 19/04/2023 16:46

@JW2021 omg look at jack he is so cute. I'm glad he is getting the treatment he needs.
My sister In law had a gromit in one of her ears when she was younger but she grew out of it and didn't need it in the end.. where will you be in the uk?

@tashx thanks hun.

jadey1991 · 19/04/2023 16:49

@burtle4 yes very exciting. To be honest I'm still in shock. I got a private scan done as I wanted reassurance. I found it easy with my two girls. They helped so much with Josiah.
It's so funny coz the girls have been saying they want another sibling and been talking about it for the past couple weeks. I haven't told them yet

T@Decadesbcun thank you hun. Baby s looks so tall. Bless hun I bet he enjoyed that day.
Aww I hope you have a lovely time away.
We was planning on going away this year but that won't happen now lol.

OP posts:
Decadesbcun · 23/04/2023 19:38

Think that’s just the angle, he’s actually quite short bless him. Could easily pass for a 9 month old.
Yes he loves going to see the ducks, this is just down the road from us so we’re always there but of course he wants to walk everywhere now so it takes us ages 🤣

you’ll get an even greater gift than going away come the end of the year :) do your other children know yet?

jadey1991 · 24/04/2023 08:58

@Decadesbcun aww bless him... yes Josiah is the same. Wants to walk everywhere now.

No my other children don't know yet.
I have my first midwife appointment on Thursday and then my dating scan on Friday so I think I'll wait till then depending on how far I am

OP posts:
Curlymam88 · 28/04/2023 12:43

Hi @jadey1991 how are you doing? How did your appointments go? Hope all went well 😊

jadey1991 · 28/04/2023 21:34

@Curlymam88 hello my lovely, thanks for checking up on me. I'm doing fine thanks. This pregnancy has hit me feeling so tired to the point I can't get out of bed. If I could I would sleep all day long.

My midwife appointment went well. Today I had and early scan with nhs. Baby is only measuring 7+2 wks... so still got a lil while to go. My girls know I'm pregnant now. I didn't tell them. My youngest daughter did some investigation and checked under buggy 🙈🙈

OP posts:
Curlymam88 · 29/04/2023 20:42

@jadey1991 you're welcome 😊 aw I remember being the same. Take it easy if you can. Now your girls know im sure they'll be willing to help you out with things. They are clever doing their little detective work 😄 are they excited? Is that the same number as weeks as what your private scan said you were?

jadey1991 · 13/05/2023 19:40

@Curlymam88 I'm so sorry for the late reply. My phone hasn't been working and Josiah lost my other phone.

I'm doing good. Just been so tired. Have a feeling I'm having another boy lol. Can't wait for my scan now. Hopefully it will be soon.

Everyone on my side is doing well.

I hope you are all doing well x

Hello ladies, I hope all is well.

How's toddlers doing??

I'm doing OK except the tiredness is killing me.
Here is my pregnant belly.

OP posts:
tashx · 22/05/2023 22:05

@jadey1991
Your bump is cute
I say a girl

Theawkwardblonde · 22/05/2023 22:28

@jadey1991 how far are you now? Bump looks like it's growing nicely!
I can sympathise with the tiredness..S is nearly 17 months, M is 9 weeks now. I think my veins are filled with caffeine 😂 M is definitely a clingy baby bless them. Finding it very hard still to manage them both solo but it's getting slightly better as the days go on.

Hope everyone is getting on okay!☺️

jadey1991 · 23/05/2023 06:53

@tashx thanks hun.. really your the first to say that... I think boy. I have all the symptoms I had with josiah

OP posts:
jadey1991 · 23/05/2023 06:55

@Theawkwardblonde I'm 11 weeks 2 day..
But i think I might be more by the way I'm showing.
Aww bless baby m... how are finding the age gap

OP posts:
Theawkwardblonde · 23/05/2023 07:09

@jadey1991 not going to lie the age gap is awful 😅 I'm sure it'll be fab when they're a bit older and can play together. It's just a lot of work, especially as the little one doesn't like to be put down.
