Horrific rash on face at nursery only

Doctor tomorrow but just looking for ideas.

Dd3. No allergies. Four times now has come home from nursery absolutely scarlet on face. First time sent home with slapped cheek, doctor confirmed, then has happened another four times, sent home today as so bad.

Never happened at home. Ever. Same suncream both places. I supply and apply it.

No different food, no rash or redness anywhere except face. Exactly like sunburn, or slapped cheek.

Sometimes also above eyebrows red.

Not unwell, temp fine but cheeks I could cook an egg on. Cool flannel, sudocream and 48 hours she recovers.

We are farmers so she's outside all day, brown hair, medium fair skin.

Any ideas?

No wipes being used, nothing. Staff as stumped as I am!

Hi @sheepandcaravan - just wondering if you figured out what was causing it?

Another interested if you found an answer.

My dc reacted to perfume on other people, plants especially geraniums and washing powder.

She just looks hot and flushed to me, not allergic. I wouldn’t worry at all!

No update.....

Other than multiple back to back bugs so she hasn't been in for weeks.

It hasn't happened here.

Problem with hot is it lasts two days....
