@Curlymam88 Yes definitely prepared for next time lol aw thats good you've made a start,I keep putting bits by but I have to get everything out closer to Christmas so I remember what I got and to make sure all kids have simular amount to open! @jadey1991 oh no sorry to hear that.... its a shame that nobody went but if its something you want to do then don't feel embarrassed and give it another go! x

@Curlymam88 no hun no1 turned up. It was just me and Josiah. It was advertised all over the centres website. I have now printed some flowers. If it's the dance as next week I will just leave it

@jadey1991 that's a good idea actually. How about handing them out when you're at the school?
@lovebeingmum9 I've got an app on my phone it's called 'gift list' where I can list each person and what presents ive got can also put down how much each gift cost. Its pretty good I've used it a few years now. Saves bringing everything out and trying to remember what I've got.

@jadey1991 yes we're all good thanks a few sniffles with kids back at school/nursery and I've felt the temperature drop the last couple days... feels alot colder!? Yesterday was pretty full on with builders etc house looks like a bombs hit it and I can't wait to get it back to some normality!

@curlymam88 that app sounds right up my street.....infact that's what I write down on paper so I can put kids names at top and underneath everything I've bought,cost and rrp as most of the time I get things cheaper in toy sales etc but even then I still haul it all in the living room and separate into bundles to make sure it is and looks fair lol

Hi all how is everyone doing?
We have a 7th tooth through now and Oscars appetite seems to have grown! What's everyone's little ones eating and portion sizes like? Oscar normally has a large bowl of porridge for breakfast,he had 2 strawberries/five large organix puffs/a biscotti and a mango& raspberry rice pudding for lunch today and normally a good size portion of whatever we have for dinner,roast,lasagna,pizza,bolognese,sausages,pasta bake etc I've just put him in 12-18 month clothing (still a bit of room but better a bit big than too small lol) and he now stands up in both cot and travel cot by himself which is funny as when we wake up he's standing looking at us from his cot at bottom of our bed lol

@lovebeingmum9 yes all my kids have had the sniffles and cough. Slowly recovering now

Hi everyone it's been a bit quiet on here recently but hope everyone's Ok? 😊
Oscar is doing really well....will be 10 months old in 10 days,babbling,eating loads,crawling and even stood up at our coffee table by himself the other day! I weighed him on our scales at home and he weighs 18lb.....I havnt had him weighed once at children's centre since he's been born but it's because he's our 5th and I can see the weight on him so not worried etc. He's trying so many new foods and eating them all! yesterday he tried tortellini,asparagus,red onion,peppers for the first time and ate them all! here's some upto date pics 💙 anyone got any Halloween plans?

Can't believe how quick time has gone! Leola is just over 10 months old. Keep saying to myself she'll be 1 in 2 months!!!!
Oscar looks so much like you! Same eyes, face features the lot. Even the same smile id say 😄 handsome boy.
Is that a sit n spin? My partner was on about getting one for Xmas for leola but I wasn't sure on it. Had images of her flying off it! Is it safe? Do they just spin around on it?
Well done to Oscar for trying new foods. Leola still doesn't have any teeth! Although I think she's getting used to eating with out them as she's taking less time to eat her food. I think she's the first born and last to have teeth!
My daughter wants to go trick or treating again so I've bought the baby a little witch outfit to go too! I can't wait to take some photos of her in it.

just catching up on all the posts. All the babies are looking so big now! I think S is still relative small for his age. He just turned 9 months last week.

@jadey1991 sorry to hear about the baby group, hopefully with a bit more advertising people will come. It only takes one for word to spread :)

@Curlymam88 leola is gorgeous, she’ll look so cute in a Halloween outfit.

S is crawling all over the place now, he has 6 teeth, but he’s grinding them all the time which goes right through me. I’m worried a little as he doesn’t yet clap or wave and he loves it when I clap and wave at him but shows no sign of doing it back just yet. I’m sure he’ll get there but parenting comes with a whole other level of worry I didn’t know existed 😂

Were going pumpkin picking today, he’s got a little pumpkin jumper to wear 😍

Hello everyone!
just wanted to say if anyone was wondering I survived hurricane Ian and so did my family! We were lucky enough to have hurricane shutters all we lost power for a few days that was a joy with a 9 month old as you can imagine. The devastation 20 miles from here was just tragic seeing it on the news and I’m sure you guys saw it as well? On a brighter note I took Jack to the pediatrician for 2 shots he weighs 20 pound has only two teeth babbling and started crawling now the fun begins right moms!

Hello everyone, sorry I've been quite on here. Me and Josiah are getting over covid. Is the first time anyone in my household have had it. I've lost my sense of smell and taste. It's driving me crazy. Josiah has had a cough for 2 weeks now. But other then that he has been fine. Hubby and my girls have tested negative for covid so they are very lucky.

We recently got a puppy. His name Is blaze.

Josiah is doing well, eating so much. He is standing up with assistance. I think he will start walking soon.

@Curlymam88 omg leola has changed so much. She looks so blooming cute. I love her hair like that. My middle daughter wants to go trick or treating too but I'm debating. She is going to her Halloween disco at school. However there half term is before Halloween. 31st will be a school night so debating lol.

@Decadesbcun hey hun, so happy to hear from you. Baby s looks so sweet watching the tv so close haha. Don't worry to much about baby s clapping or waving. Some babies are lazy. Josiah does what he wants in his own time. I've noticed that boys are slower then girls tho.

@JW2021 hey hun so glad your al safe and well. Jack looks so handsome. Glad he he is doing well. Josiah has about 8/9 teeth now. Looks so sweet seeing him smile and all I see is teeth lol.

Ok I can’t decide if Josiah or blaze is the cutest thing I’ve ever see! 💙 Jack can clap but has no clue about waving in fact he really doesn’t have much interest in ppl food but I will persevere - how much do your baby boys weigh? should I be concerned Jack is 20 pounds and 30 inches long would love to hear from you all just to compare notes being as he is not a fan of solid food……… yet!

@JW2021 glad you're all safe there. Must have been a scary experience for you all. Jack looks adorable! And yes now they're moving about you literally need eyes at tge back of your head. As soon as something is put on floor leola speeds off crawling after it.

Thank you. I find shes changing weekly. Ah yes here in Wales our half term starts on Halloween so she's off that week. Forgot its different in England.

@JW2021 haha 😂 they are both my little boys. Hehe.. to be honest I haven't had Josiah weighed. I'm not concerned about his weight as he is a chunky little boy and eats loads. I know that he is growing they way he should

@Curlymam88 yes he always has a surprised look on his face. I honestly don't know where he gets it from. I hope I get better soon. It's not nice. I feel so drained. Josiah is still a happy boy. Aww leola is so blooming cute. I can't believe how much hair she has though. I'm still waiting for josiah's hair to grow so I can plait it lol.
