Hi ladies I thought I should start a new thread. Hope all is well

@JW2021 to reassure you, S had covid in April when he was 3 months old. I also had it and he was much better than I was. He just was a bit snotty and off his feeds a little but I wouldn’t have known it was Covid if I’d not tested him. He will be just fine :)

Decadesbcun Thank you so much for the reassurance - Jack seems to be doing good now - like you said if he hadn’t been tested I don’t think we’d of know - prob find there are a lot of adults like that too!

Is anyone else’s babe not settling well to sleep at the min. He is currently trying to crawl so he’s just all over the cot for like 30/40 mins and either eventually falls asleep or I have to cuddle him to sleep which is not like him at all. He usually goes straight down.
hoping it’s just a phase!

@Decadesbcun hey hun oh don't get me started with Josiah. I'm in the same position as you hun. Josiah is crawling and standing all over the place. I'm actually sleep deprived.. Josiah goes down to sleep at 09:30pm he tends to wake up about 12am for a feed. Then sleep till 3am.. once 3am comes he is awake until 6-7am then sleeps again. But by the time he goes back to sleep my younger daughter wakes up and I can't sleep. I'm hoping he will change this and it's jus a phase to. His nap times are only 45 hour each time..

Update: Josiah currently has 6 teeth now. He will literally eat anything that is in front of him. I don't tend to mash anything up now. He drinks loads of water Woburn is good. He lives crawling all over the place and having the free time. I think he is teething again because he is dribbling loads lol.

So sorry I've not been on here in a while but I've loved just looking through all your posts and pics of your lovely babies! ❤💙 All growing soo fast and all gorgeous!
As you can imagine I've been so busy with our children being home for summer holidays! Hubby has been working alot aswell as building work on our house so It's pretty full on but... I don't do things by halves! 😅 So thats why I havnt managed to post recently! Oscar is also 8 months old,crawling very well now (all over the place),sleeping better and eating well too! His favourites are farleys rusks & biscottis atm @jadeyjadey1991 were in the same boat 6 teeth here aswell! once first 2 came through the others came almost together.....I can see teeth 7&8 making there way down his gums too! I've got numerous tooth brushes in our cupboard and every age tooth past you can imagine going 🤣 Hope josia has been ok with teething,I think sometimes it's better getting it over with sooner but then tooth brushing starts earlier lol
We took him to get his 1st pair of shoes the other day which are so cute he is a 4g in size..... and I've made a start on his birthday decs and pressies (I know it might sound early) but I have 3 birthdays to arrange from end of October aswell as Christmas! Hope your all well and had a lovely summer? ❤

Wow, just love all the pictures of everyone’s babes! Jack is 8 months today sits up but totally not interested in crawling try as I might he rolls over to his back then laughs at me! However good news finally 2 teeth are appearing now! Just love seeing & reading all your posts keep them coming!

@Theawkwardblonde I'm glad to hear your pregnancy is going well. Try to take it easy when you can.
Lovely reading everyone's posts and seeing the photos. I'm sat in a&e so got a bit of spare time. My car ran over my foot so I'm waiting for xray now.
Leola still has no teeth! She's 9 months in a few days. She's been grizzling in her sleep for a few weeks now so I think it may be her gums. She did her first night in her cot last night. She run out of room in her next2me. She loves to roll over and sleep on her front or side. she's got a very cheeky and funny personality.
I've had to start buying for Xmas already. Both my girls birthdays are December and then the 2 xmas'. Its going to be a busy December now on in.

@JJW2021 @Curlymam same.... the notifications don't always show and for some bizarre reason when I log on the website changes and I can't find the post easily which is a pain! 🤷‍♀️
It's lovely seeing all the babies growing and doing simular and yet very different things. I wouldn't worry to those of you who's babies have no teeth yet,I was told by dentist the later the adult teeth appear the better as you have to keep on top of brushing etc yes snap we have 2 birthdays in December aswell which takes extra planning! lol
I've booked oscar in to the hairdressers for this weekend for his 1st proper haircut......its so long it tangles very easily so a nice trim will do the trick! All my others were bald and didn't have haircuts until around 2 lol

@lovebeingmum9 considering my size 3 foot was stuck under the car tyre for about 20 seconds I havent broken anything. I raised my foot up on the dashboard when I eventually hobbled back into the car and the bruising has even gone. Its crazy. Thanks for asking 🙂
Hope Oscar sits OK for his haircut on weekend. Leolas hair is so long too, I've given her a trim myself a couple of times already.

@Decadesbcun my little one is the same. She rolls over and over until she can get comfy. Sometimes takes her a while. Its like her mind is in overdrive and she's just practising all the things she's learnt. Clapping hands, babbling, rolling about etc...Im hoping it'll calm down a bit soon.

@Curlymam88 oh no hun I hope your ok? Is there any updates on your foot? Glad leola is doing well. Josiah loves to stand up I think he is ready to walk. We are getting him a Walker soon so hopefully that will help.

@Curlymam88 aw glad it's OK,size 3 oh wow same size as my 10yr olds feet but I've got to say I'm a bit jealous as I always see the best bargains in size 3s! lol I'm size 5 so not far off 🤣 Yes thankyou,hopefully he will be OK.....I've trimmed the back of his once because there was one long uneven bit at the back but I've held off for as long as I can it's super unruly and not many styles I can do for him! Aw bet her hairs gorgeous 😍 @jadey1991 hiya hope your all good.....yes a cabinet full here haha I like to colour code things so I know who's is who's.....with 4 boys it's difficult to tell difference between all their clothing etc 😅

@jadey1991 hi, yes I'm ok thanks. Foot is fine too. Could have been so much worse I'm lucky it's only bruised. How are you doing apart from the lack of sleep?
@lovebeingmum9 I know, I can fit into the kid size trainers so get them cheaper 😂my daughters friend came over the other day (aged 9) saw her trainers next to mine...they were size 5 😧I'm only 5 foot too. Most of the kids up the school are taller than me 😂

@Curlymam88 I'm with you on the height 5ft exactly 😅 my daughters almost taller than me at age 10 and some of her friends are taller than me already.......doesn't take much to beat it though 🤣

@lovebeingmum9 must be something these kids are eating to make them grow quicker than we have 😂

@Curlymam88 glad to hear your foot is ok. I'm alright thanks hun. I'm starting a baby group on 13th sept. I'm so excited to do it. How are you x

@jadey1991 glad youre ok. oh that sounds good. What type of baby group is it? What will you be doing? I'm ok thanks, feeling a bit down because I feel like summer has slipped away. Feels alot like autumn is coming today

@Curlymam88 so I'll be hosting a young mums(under 25) baby group on Tuesdays. So it would be like any other baby group but just for young mums and there babies.
Oh yes I think this summer went too quick. Although it's very humid here.

That sounds good @jadey1991 hope it goes well. I've never been to a baby class. Only a music class when my first daughter was little. I agree, it's very close but rain all week here apparently.

What's everyone's babies fave things to eat? Leola loves ready brek with Blueberries and raspberries I give her cheerios and rice krispies so she doesn't get bored of the same breakfast all the time. I'm running out of ideas for lunch/dinner to mix it up a bit.

She also loves garlic bread and pizza 😄
