Which baby was your biggest?

Just out of curiosity! Had ELCS at 39 weeks exactly due to babies position and they came out at a rather large 9lb 5oz!

Which didn’t really affect me as it was a planned c section, no struggle. I did just wonder if future babies would be bigger or is there no pattern?

Which one of your children was the biggest/was there any pattern?

DS1 8lbs exactly.
DD2 9lbs 10oz. Home birth with home care all the way through, and I looked like I was about to pop from 6 months. The midwife said she found the home birth babies with small team care throughout were on the chunky side.

First was bigger by 1oz, but she was 10 days late and second was 4 days late so it makes sense.

Third was the biggest.

1st 8lb 8oz, 12 days late
2nd 9lb 15oz, 10 days late
3rd 10lb 6oz, 7 days late

Dd was 38+4 and she was 5lb 13oz

Ds was 37+3 and he was 5lb 4oz

Everyone kept telling me the third would be smaller than the last because she is a girl which I was a bit Hmm at, and I was right, she was the biggest.

DS2 at 40+5 was 8lb
DS3 at 39+2 was 8lb 6oz

DD2 10lbs at 36 weeks. Natural birth.

#2 was heavier by 2.5oz but #1 was longer by 7cm.

My first was biggest but was also the latest.

Dd1 42+2 7lb 14oz

Ds 1 38+2 7lb 7oz

Dd2 37 5lb 10oz

Ds2 38 6lb 2oz

1st - 4lb 4oz - 3 weeks early.
2nd - 6lb 6oz - on due date.
3rd - 4lb 12oz - 10 days early.
4th - 5lb - 2 weeks early.

Felt sure 4th would break the 8lb barrier, but no:

4th - 7lb 10oz

So baby #3 was heaviest. Now they're all adults he's the shortest & lightest!

DS1 - 10lb, 42 weeks
DS2 - 9lb12oz, 39+2 - he was induced early as he was looking so big, I dread to think how whopping he'd have been if he stayed in as long as DS1!

My middle was biggest but only by 3 oz
