I wouldn’t let him walk into the duck pond with his shoes and clothes on, in the middle of December.

And yours threw one today because..?

He got goat poo on his hand and didn’t want to wash it off..!

RunRunGingerbreadMan · 11/12/2021 13:23

I won't let her go to the North Pole to give FC a present (one of her books that she has wrapped in a tea towel). I have said she can leave one out on Christmas Eve with the milk, cookies and carrot, but apparently it has to be now.

Vicky1989x · 11/12/2021 14:37

Because she wanted to jump in dog poo and I wouldn’t let her Hmm

He’s not a toddler but my 5 year old had a tantrum at 4.30am because I told him it wasn’t time to get up. Apparently his gro clock was “wrong and stupid”, and I was “annoying him” Hmm

Timeturnerplease · 11/12/2021 19:13

Three year old screamed and threw her coat at me because I opened her car door to let her out.

Zarene · 11/12/2021 19:31

Because I made her put clothes on before she got on the bus to see granny.

Letsallscreamatthesistene · 11/12/2021 19:49

He said he wanted a biscuit, so I gave him a biscuit

avidteadrinker · 11/12/2021 19:56

Because I woke him up from his nap ….
Any tips on getting them to snap out of it?? Today’s was off the scale, and happened on a bus in central London so got lots of dirty looks

helpadvicewhateverneeded · 11/12/2021 19:57

He wouldn't let me cook the Xmas biscuits we had made because they won't like the heat 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nyz9213 · 11/12/2021 19:57

The Numberblocks on our television aren’t the same as the ones on grandma’s.

They are. It was the same episode she watched there.

hotmeatymilk · 11/12/2021 19:58

I opened the curtains.

MONSTERSALAD · 11/12/2021 19:58

Her uncle went to the loo.

Vampiricouncil · 11/12/2021 20:04

It’s Saturday.
I wouldn’t make it be Friday.

Temple29 · 11/12/2021 20:06

I wouldn’t let him play with a glass vase in a shop.

Mammma91 · 11/12/2021 20:06

Because I wouldn’t let him out of the push chair in the middle of s busy shopping centre whilst trying to finish the last of my Christmas shopping. He wanted a lolly pop he saw another child have. Almighty tantrum even though I bought him one.

Shimmylikejoanholloway · 11/12/2021 20:07

Nearly two year old didn’t want to walk, didn’t want to get in the pram and didn’t want to be carried. So he laid down and squawked. I thought I would be able to outlast him and let him work it out of his system but I shouldn’t have been so naive.
Had to wrestle him into the pram kicking and screaming and shouting NO MUMMY HELP which was ideal.

Then threw another wobbler because he wanted me to put the lid on his colouring pen but I somehow didn’t meet his standards when doing so.

Teaandcakeordeath83 · 11/12/2021 20:10

My toddler had a tantrum because I told him not to throw his metal water bottle at me or his sister's so he threw his metal water bottle at his own toe. Apparently it hurt. A lot. 🙊

Brenna24 · 11/12/2021 20:15

Because the chocolate bar that we had bribed her to behave well with 2as bright broccoli chocolate nor hummus chocolate. The kinder bar got launched across the room and she ended on the floor kicking and howling. She was utterly exhausted by then and had behaved herself very well until we got home and gave it. Early bed tonight.

thegrassisalwaysgreener · 11/12/2021 20:20

Because she told me she had finished her lunch so I took it away, but she wasn't finished. 🤷‍♀️
Also because it wasn't her birthday today.

KL92xxxx · 11/12/2021 20:33

He was tired and wanted to go to bed so we took him to bed

Yamaya · 11/12/2021 20:40

We had to queue to see Father Christmas and I wouldn't let him march straight at him while taking photos with another family.
Threw himself on the floor several times, lots of screaming etc. When it was finally our time to see Father Christmas he wasn't interested just cried the whole time.
Why do I bother.

This reminds me of this thread - If my 3yo had access to AIBU.

vampirethriller · 11/12/2021 21:02

Because I wouldn't let her go out with just her knickers on
There was a leaf on her welly
She's not allowed to lick bus windows

littleselda · 11/12/2021 21:04

Because I didn't let him climb up the stairs on his own Hmm

buddy79 · 11/12/2021 21:05

He wanted pancakes. Despite having a plate of pancakes in front of him at the time.
