If your DC is 10 how old are you?

I'm just curious my mum had me when she was 27 and growing up all my friends mums were quite a bit older.

I'm 36 DD is 10.

DC1 41
DC2 43

Younger mum in DC1's year group, older mum in DC2's year group?!

I have a 13 year old ds, 10 year old dd and 6 month old ds- I'm 36

I was 31 when DS was 10.

42. I have a 12-year-old too.

My DS is 10, I’m about to turn 50.

42 also with a 12-year-old. But I feel like 92.

I was 35 and 37 when mine were 10.

We are the second youngest parents in my daughters friend ship circle.
And the youngest in our sons(he is our oldest child)

32. My mum was 40 when her eldest DC was 10.

44 for eldest and 52 for youngest

50, and my 10yo is my youngest. She worries that I’m much older than her friends’ mums, but her friends are mostly the oldest, and their mums are having child no 2 or 3 at 40-ish so they’ll be similar.

50 does feel a bit old to still be schlepping the school run. But I lived it up before DC!

Can someone explain what DS, DM, OP, dd all mean? All these acronyms get confusing and I seem to be missing the handbook to define them all.

DS - (dear) Son
DM - (dear) Mother/Mum
DD - (dear) Daughter
