I'm just curious my mum had me when she was 27 and growing up all my friends mums were quite a bit older.

I'm 36 DD is 10.

I was 30 when dd1 was 10,
40 when dd2 was 10
I'll be 41 when dd3 is 10
I'll be 50 when DS is 10 (and dd1 will be 30 )

At a loose end this morning, so here are the stats!

DC1 is 10 in a few months. I'll be 41.

When DC2 will be 10 I'll be 42.

When I was 10, my mum was 35. I was the 2nd child and my elder sibling is 2 years older.

34 when DD1 was 10. She's now 20... I was the youngest in my circle of "playgroup mums" by about 6 years.

I will be 30 when DD is 10 and 35 when DS is 10

I have a 10 year old and I'm almost 47. But he's my youngest (of 4) and my eldest is 16.

I'm 54 and my youngest DD is 10 - she was conceived on my 53rd birthday, so she was a birthday present.

I know what you mean OP. My mam was 29 when she had me and all my friend's parents were younger. Seemed like they were all 24/25 when they gave birth which isn't a massive difference but to me it seemed massive when my mam was over 40 and friends had parents still in their 30s.

I'll be 36 when DS is 10.

I was 33 when first DC was 10 and will be 38 when last DC turns 10.
