mozhe thinks of herself as uber mum same as i think of myself nonuber mum or uber working class you middle class scumbags person, as there are the rather militant breastfeed mums, and militant style mums ( OM MHY god city shorts areee sooooo last season what wedges shall i wear with this?) as Anna 88088 is UBER SAHM militantly in the supreme.

i think she likes having the "awe" factor. the same as the other mums INC myself do.

SO LEAVE her ALONE you big middle class bullies. i'm calling Marx on you rich hippies.

DameEnidONC · 21/05/2007 17:33

I would love 6 kids

if I was loaded enough to have a nanny

Chelseamum · 21/05/2007 17:35

In my opinion, 6 are too many when you work full time and you CANNOT BE THERE to satisfy the needs of your children individually.

There we go, another thread to blow her own trumpet... what a super mum I am...

So boored of this character now...

Twiglett · 21/05/2007 17:43

Dear Suebarooo .. click on Mozhe's profile and check out the last 5 threads she's on .. actually they were all started by her .. and each and everyone designed to put across her belief that her way is the only way and anyone else is a waste of space

or maybe I misread through the yawns

MegaLegs · 21/05/2007 17:45

Wow - I had never come across mozhe before, have just done a little search

Why has mumsnet become a load of judgemental witch hunters, a packhunt always looking for blood? What happened to live and let live? Where has all the kindness gone?

Cammelia · 21/05/2007 17:53

Mozhe you have set yourself up on this one I'm afraid. Don't start whingeing now.

What will you do if we say 6 is too many, will you give some away?

Or, will you tell us we're all crap because we should have a high-paying, high-powered job, and hire a nanny and a cleaner because obv we're all lying about not wanting 6.

Ad nauseam.

Twiglett · 21/05/2007 17:54

ggglimpopo

.. mumsnet has always been kind to those who are kind themselves IMHO

when people appear to constantly post to inflame and offend then they get it back in spades

it is and was ever thus

Chelseamum · 21/05/2007 17:58

I bet you she will reply with a very long msg trying to makes feel small...

So know her techniques by now but no effect whatsoever!

Horrid horrid horrid ... if you are like this on the net i very much question how you would be with your children!

ggglimpopo · 21/05/2007 17:59

No, Twig, my old mucker.

I am all for heated discussion and plain bloody mindedness. Hell, there are loads of posters I just don't 'get'. But I don't feel the need to pull them apart or mock their choices/lifestyle/opinions. It is possible to disagree with someone without sending the dogs in.

Intelligent discussion has gone out of the window, along with manners, kindness or empathy. Now it is who can get the first jibe in and then the pack follows.

franca70 · 21/05/2007 17:59

I agree with ggg.

sorry you feel like that (wondering if I should name change back to ggglimpoposgoat as I appear to have got yours again)

I try not to wade in on most people but there are a couple of posters who just seem to want to disparage my life (and that of any poster who doesn't hold money and career as the most important things in life) through their postings and I can't help myself

it is a defecit in my character I am aware of .. but I get overwhelmed by sarcastic urges

I don't feel particularly attacked in my pseudo-choice of sahmhood, though. ANd by the way, there are also many posts on how selfish working full time is, and how heartless is childcare, etc etc, that I'm not sure who's being more critical.
