Rusk in bottle

How do I add the rusk in the bottle ? Do I add the rusk in with the powder then add a little water and melt them then add more water ? Or do I just full the water all the way to the top then shake ? What's the ways some of you guys have done it :)

SuperPug, I get that, but as NottaLotta says, she's young, feeling vulnerable, desperate, and hormonal. I reckon we can deal with her rudeness for the sake of her and her baby.

I'd rather her be rude to me, and still have a source of advice (even if it seems she's ignoring it, it's likely she'll take some in), than scare her off and know that she now has nowhere to go for advice.

Tbf, I wasn't aware of the other threads she'd posted and other circumstances. I posted fairly early on and haven't seen her past threads. She does sound vulnerable and I hope she gets some help in RL.
I'm certainly not going to accept responsibly for scaring her off. If you read my post, it's pretty measured. Others that are possibly stronger in their tone sound genuinely concerned about her baby.
