Can we see a photo?

scratchandsniff · 15/06/2015 21:11

Hmmmm I think I'll thoughtfully scratch my chin and have a think about this one........

Goanddoapoothen · 15/06/2015 21:11

My 4 year old is 110cm tall and 2st 9. It's surely not possible for a 7 month old to weigh that much. I struggle to lift my 4 year old. You need go get a medical professional to weigh your baby on accurate scales and advise you.

Scales or wrong or you've made a mistake. It's not possible. You have a baby clinic and health visitor, ask them to weigh the baby properly. If it really was 34lbs it would look like a monster baby.

I'd like to see a photo of this monster child.

AnyFucker · 15/06/2015 21:14

I think you must be mistaken, love

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 15/06/2015 21:15

OP have you been dressing your Doberman in frocks and pigtails?

Lozobham23 · 15/06/2015 21:15

Omg what kind of person do you think iam the last time I went to see my hi she was 21lbs then at 19 weeks and they said she was fine and did not batter a eye lid, people r saying that that there 3 year olds don't even weigh that

I just googled '7 month old 34lb' and all it came up with was pictures of dogs. Are we definitely talking about a human baby?

if the dr wasn't concerned then maybe all is ok. but it would seem prudent to make an appointment with the dr/midwife/healthvisitor (any health professional really!) to get reassurance and/or confirmation...worst case scenario she has an odd condition which will require some treatment, best case - scales are out or she's too wriggly to weigh properly :)

good luck & fingers crossed

titchy · 15/06/2015 21:15

Is this your baby:

sorry it's the DM

Lozobham23 · 15/06/2015 21:17

It's the truth ,monster child ,how can you say that about a innocent child you vile person

OP posts:
Sirzy · 15/06/2015 21:17

How did you weigh her? You holding her then subtracting your weight?

like others I am intrigued to see a photo of this child but pretty sure we won't

KittyBennett · 15/06/2015 21:17

If you went to see your HV that time where did you go? Earlier you said home visits only. Confused. And rather mesmerised. Aren't the legs of the age 2-3 clothes a bit long?

shitebag · 15/06/2015 21:17

Can you phone your HV for a home visit regarding her weight so that she can check her using more accurate scales for her age?

My 2.3yo is on the small/average side of things and weighs 2st2lbs at home and we find 2-3 clothing can be a bit on the long side for her so your daughter must be absolutely swamped!

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 15/06/2015 21:18

I bloody love a bit of battered eyelid.

Especially with ketchup.

AndNowItsSeven · 15/06/2015 21:18

Yes your real baby is obese take her the doctor. Is that the advice you were after?

5YearsTime · 15/06/2015 21:18

I believe you but only because i know a baby that's developing at this kind of rate. Is your baby above the 100th centile line on the development chart? Who have you asked for help?

Lozobham23 · 15/06/2015 21:19

She is really tall but it is the truth she does weigh that do you really think I've got time to sit here and argue ????

OP posts:
PenguinsandtheTantrumofDoom · 15/06/2015 21:20

As tall as a two year old. Confused

ElizabethG81 · 15/06/2015 21:21

OP, you're saying your baby weighs half a stone less than the baby pictured in the links above. Is your baby a similar size to that little boy?

If this is real, then you obviously need to see a doctor. Or just phone your health visitor in the morning and tell her what you've told us.

shitebag · 15/06/2015 21:21

Can I ask which type of car seat you're using?
