How much is your child's school breakfast club?

Off the back of my other thread, it's been suggested my children's breakfast club is very expensive, so I'm hoping people will do a quick poll of their breakfast club costs.

I have two children and the breakfast club is Ofsted reg'd and run from their school premises, at £2 per child, or £18 a week if paid in advance.

It runs from 7.45 to 8.40

I'm in Northamptonshire, ordinary market town.

Ours is £3 per child and is from 8-8.45. It is actually run by school staff. I thought it was reasonable but maybe not!

I'm in Essex.

Star8369 · 29/01/2015 20:24

lilyloo · 29/01/2015 20:25

A pound per half hour so £2 for the full session or £20 per week
I think it's cheap

Zebda · 29/01/2015 20:31

£2 from 8-8.45. £1 for children with FSM. I thought that was good value. It is in London mind you

MonoNoAware · 29/01/2015 20:32

£4.75 per child, no sibling discount. Runs from 7:45am. Pales into insignificance compared with the cost of our after school club though.

It's a rural village primary in an area of the country with fairly low wages. The village is approx. 30 minutes drive from the outskirts of the nearest large town, so lots of families are reliant on it.

Quangle · 29/01/2015 20:32

£5 per child for 45 mins. It's a lot but it's there for me when I need it. C London

£2 for an hour, run by school staff in London. CM's charge £6 an hour so seems good value to me!
