But who is Gina Ford? It seems that almost every other thread on here mentions her, so please could someone explain all to me!

I read the Tracey Hogg book and found it very useful. A lot of it is common sense but she helps you interpret their moods. I would recommend it, I enjoyed it. She also gives a lot of case studies.
