Hello fellow procrastinators,
I was just avoiding my dissertation by scrolling down active topics and have just found this thread. Not sure if that is a good thing or not...do you do arse kicking on request?
I've been striking today, so was supposed to be a Getting On With It. Instead, I've done lots of admin and tidying and preparation of Christmas resources for school.
I'm doing the final year of my MEd and have a 15,000 word dissertation to write by the 4th of January. There are about 400 written at the moment, and not many of them make sense.

I am currently busy kicking myself - a whole uninterrupted day and I wasted it . I'm now going to bugger off and do something. I think if I disconnect the router I won't get tempted back for the evening.
I'll try to find the new December thread in a day or two - I need the kicking support.
I hope everyone elses days have been more productive than mine!

And its done, and uploaded. Only 9 days late. But at least I didn't leave it to the very last second of the extension.
As I was re watching a tutorial looking for inspiration on the 21st, I heard the tutor say we could have an extension to the 5th December without penalty if we needed it, although she didnt recommend it! So I emailed her at 1:30 am on the 21st to ask if I could have some time. Foolish really as I didnt make that much use of it- well I am on the procastinators thread.....
Hope its not too much off the point. (there may have been a tiny bit of wandering off topic)
I now have to get up at 5.30 to watch a lecture that I haven't got round to watching make notes and discuss later: have to be at work at 7:30 and wil be home just in time for the online tutorial.

I am (metophorically) skipping around the living room; as I have had my TMA marked and managed a pass 2 and some good comments bizarrely especially on my conclusion which I rattled off in 10 mins after forgetting to do one untill the last minute!!! .
