Just had to announce this!! Just come back from hols and put DD in disposables as I couldn't be bothered washing cottons while away and my god they really are sh*te!!! They stink of chemicals, I had gel stuff oozing out of them, she got nappy rash and ended up doing loads of washing from the explosive poos which ended up all over her clothes. Couldn't wait to get home and put her in her lovely, fluffy, big bummed Tots. Aaar rant over!!

And, as for boozing babies, I've heard they're adding whiskey to formula to make it resemble boozy breastmilk, really helps babies to sleep!

Regarding disposables V washables, I'd rather be smug than dirty and disrespectful of the environment any day.

i think that what has happened here is that discodolly has unwittingly tapped into people's insecurities aboutt he choices they have made regarding nappies. thus the defensive posts.

have gel stuff coming out of them - well in that case nappy has been left on too long (its the gel stuff that keeps the wetness of babies bum and clear of nappy rash)

explosive poos - nothing to do with the nappy

all over the clothes - nappy wrong size or not fitted properly

I'd never seen discodolly's name on a post before and I wouldn't be surprised if I never saw it again the way you horrible lot jumped on her because of your own pricking conciences over fouling up the environment.
