we used to have one in london then it got all regional last year i wanted to bring this up as i know it needs organising soon for november. i missed not going to one last year and so wondered who if anyone would beintrested in a central mumsnet meet up - you would have to palm your kids off as this is a pissfest ( except for me am on water)

Ohh, goodie!! Hold HMC, I'll find you the places. Be warned, if you are expecting vibrant city life and a beautiful metropolitan surrounding you will be dissapointed. but it's cheap and cheerful and you will understand my desperation to get to Bristol!

This is the Ibis mum always stays here ! About £52

The other is a Premier Travel Inn, not a holiday Inn, sorry Link - this one has the best place to eat ! About £55

Or if you really are on a shoe string (and I think I mean really) and don't mind sharing your loo and bathroom! cheap cheap cheap ! About £30
