Hellooooooo!

LyraSilvertongue · 10/05/2010 18:27

What did you get? What's the spec?

ghostofoggs · 11/05/2010 10:04

I found a trojan horse virus on this laptop yesterday .

Berrie, the last few episodes of Fringe that you sent are sticking could you possibly re-do them? Pretty please?
The last one we were able to watch was episode 15 of the first series (Inner Child).
Really enjoying them. I love all the main characters. Walter Bishop makes me snort with laughter - he has some fantastic lines. Peter Bishop is h.o.t., as is Liv

Dell - 4G ram, 500G hard drive 1.9 Gh duel core processor.

OK Oggs will get onto it once I've figured out what is where now!

Order put in to DH for next episodes of Fringe from 16 onwards.
You need to download Glee. Its really really good and our 2nd favourite thing after Fringe especially since Dr Who went wank.
Have either of you seen this week's.It wasn't good and we couldn't even let DS see it as it was not nice.

Thanks Berrie (and Mr B). Much appreciated.

Ha! I've just googled Glee and there is no way I would ever be able to persuade dh to watch that or even be in the same room while it was on

Berrie · 13/05/2010 10:58

Oh but it's soooo good!

OP posts:
ghostofoggs · 13/05/2010 12:55

I would hazard a guess that Dh would rather poke pointy sticks in his eyes and ears than watch it

Berrie · 13/05/2010 13:31

It's tongue in cheek.

OP posts:
ghostofoggs · 13/05/2010 14:21

From dh's pov it would still be pointy stick-in-eye over tongue-in-cheek

Is it for kids?

Berrie · 14/05/2010 12:32

Not really no.

Berrie · 14/05/2010 19:11

It did take me along time to persuade you to read Twilight I suppose.

There was a Lee Mead question at the quiz night I participated in tonight. My team came 3rd out of 18 and I won a bottle of vodka in the raffle.

Berrie · 15/05/2010 17:36

What on earth will you do with that Lyra?

OP posts:
LyraSilvertongue · 15/05/2010 21:40

I don't even like Vodka
But it looks like a quality bottle, Grey Goose, in a presentation box. I'll have to try and acquire a taste for it.

LyraSilvertongue · 15/05/2010 21:48

Wow, I just googled it and it seems it's super-premium vodka. The cheapest I could find was £35 for a 70cl bottle and mine's a 1 litre in a box.
Good return on the £1 I spent on tickets!

Berrie · 16/05/2010 09:29

So how will it not taste like vodka then? You will have to lt us know!

OP posts:
LyraSilvertongue · 16/05/2010 16:30

I tried it last night and it wasn't that super special. Although I'm not a vodka aficionado so it's probably wasted on me. I'll probably mix it with something. Sacrilege!!

Berrie · 17/05/2010 08:09

Perhaps it was made from Maris Pipers rather than Smart Price white potatoes.

OP posts:
LyraSilvertongue · 17/05/2010 10:43

?

Berrie · 17/05/2010 10:58

I thought vodka was made from potatoes.

OP posts:
ghostofoggs · 17/05/2010 11:34

It can be made from potatoes, grain, rye, wheat, grapes, rice, or sugar beet molasses.

LyraSilvertongue · 17/05/2010 12:21

This one is made from wheat.

ghostofoggs · 17/05/2010 12:59

How was Doctor Who on Sat?
Haven't seen it yet, but hopefully will catch it tonight.

Anyone doing anything interesting?

LyraSilvertongue · 17/05/2010 13:01

I've seen it. Was very good. Ad it wasn't written by Steven Moffat. Make of that what you will.
