Well, I've taken a bit of a shine to my Cyberfriend M2T. I'm touched by her funny quirkiness, rude jokes, indecision about being pregnant or not as the case may be and obvious sensitivity of which I'm proud to say I have too.

I am new to this too. I have to say I've felt welcomed and supported and couldn't live without it - M2Toby too for that matter!

I know it sounds irrational but when I read Rioja's post I almost burst into tears!! I must be hormonal (PMT imenant). It did seem a bit attacking in it's nature though... I've reread it about 4 times and can't see how it could be perceived as all my doing and to refer to other threads that apparently I get to het up about!!

At times when I'm feeling quite weak and vulnerable and hostile(not very often!!), Mumsnet is not a good place for me to be.

I think I'll take a wee step back from posting on threads that are nothing to do with me. I do tend to butt in.

Thanks loads!! I still intend to stay around.... just maybe a bit more in the background than in yer face!

Edgarcat - just had a quote for £200 for a 3 tier cake BEFORE they've even put any fecking icing on the damn thing!!! EH????

I think I'll invest in 3 tier cakes tins (£20) and bake them myself. I'm in the wrong business it would seem!!
