M&S make lovely plain ones in 3 sizes iced white, you could cover in fresh flowers or something. A friend of mine did that and it looked lovely and tasted good too!

Another recommendation for the M&S cakes - I had them at my wedding decorated with some hand painted edible flowers. A couple of people commented that it was the nicest wedding cake they had tasted. We hired a 3-tier cake stand and it looked great.

Excellent Folks re. M&S Cakes. I had been given that advice on the other thread (probably by the same folk!) and it's definitely now the ONLY option. I think the local college will be able to decorate it for me.

This is much nicer than fighting.
