Ciao, welcome!

OP posts:
DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 20:55

I am now talking to myself... please come back or I'll have to get up and tidy up the bloody kitchen .

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 20:58

Oh right, I emailed her, but she says that she's sorry but she really doesn't know much about the Lodnon school situation. She could be of great help with the Devon one, but I suppose you don't need devon ...

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 20:58

No, I think Italians are still weary to put their card details on the www

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 20:59

well done for reaching your target sweetie!

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:00

what about general info re appeals. The dos and donts iykwim. I am a bit scared. I am pretty sure we'll get nowhere with it but do not want to lose because I f*ed up something I should have gotten right. does it make sense?

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 21:00

wherre's mc cloud btw? Is she wasting time on furniture websites?

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:00

ah gia'!

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:00

hols.

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 21:01

Ok, I'll ask. I don't think there's anything you did wrong. Schools in London are oversubscribed, that's the point

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:08

Hey Pippi, I didn't realise you already ran it. I'm glad you made your target, Franca's right, people in Italy are a bit suspicious about putting details on the net, plus there are still loads without credit cards.

Sorry no school place still, it's anguishing isn't it? (is that a wod? my English is really going to pot).

don't do Mirena if you've ever suffered from bloating or IBS, it makes it worse apparently. I'm not sure I'd like no periods at all, but then I'm quite old and feel the menopause breathing down my neck.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:08

were they not oversubscribed in exeter then? I thought it was a UK malady.

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:08

wod? word

Sheesh!

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 21:09

I could do with a few months period free. They kill me plus I find it gets smellier the more I grow older. Sorry TMI

Sputnik · 19/05/2009 21:10

Pippi, if you google school appeals loads of stuff come up.

Speaking of schools, DD got a really nasty bruise on her hip yesterday and wouldn-t say how it happened. DH eventually got her to talk about it tonight, she said a boy at school had hit her with a hammer he had brought from home in his bag. I feel quite sick thinking about it.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:10

oh FGS I do tend to bloat on pms and when on the pill. also mood swings and nausea and water retention on the pill. hence only used for a few months. What should I do then. leave it to the hands of God?

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 21:11

Not particularly I believe. Exeter suffers another malady, which is - at the moment - very bad secondary schools.

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:11

Lol! Maybe it's just your memory going with age and you leaving your tampax in too long (sorry, even more tmi). That's what I do, it'll kill me in the end, I swear!

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:11

at the hammer!

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:12

sputnik!!!!!

Didn;t the teacher notice/say anything to you? Was dd scared/shoked? bloody hell! are you not already on your way to boy's house with ascia di guerra??? I would!

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:13

Pippi, I won't use hormonal either, I stopped the pill in my early twenties and felt much better immediately.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:13

brange I do that too. .
Dh keeps telling me 'haven't you learnt yet!!!'!

francagoestohollywood · 19/05/2009 21:13

No, I don't use tampax!

Sputnik, . Tell the teacher immediately. Dd had a huge bruise last week, as her friend dragged on the floor while playing in giardino. I was . But dd seemed all right, they were playing, she said.

Brangelina · 19/05/2009 21:14

I've even had 2 in at the same time (forgot to take the old one out) and didn't even notice [bucket fanny emoticon].

Sorry for lowering the tone.

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:14

allright brage I'm going to tell dh we'll use the old catholic way - abstinence. His reply will surely be: 'what's new!' !

DamonBradleylovesPippi · 19/05/2009 21:16

brange I am always worried I'd do that too. not done yet though.
