Just wondering what you think of this artist's work

(it's not controversial modern art done with blood or poo, I just kind of like the bloke's style)

my favourite painting (that I own, not in the whole world, obviously) is by John Banting, a british surrealist of the 1930s. this is a self portrait by him (don't have an image of mine which is more abstract)

yes enid he was very bloomsbury and has a few things in the tate. some nice abstract lithographs as well (he did a lot of graphic/abstract woodcuts for bookcovers etc)
