It isn't, if you choose the right threads.

Go to your account, click on it and there is a refer button that generates a code.

I just tried to generate one but it said I am unauthorised to perform this action, maybe I'm not a regular enough poster to be allowed to do that.

I must be picking the wrong ones. Every 6 months or so I’ll pay that site a visit and every single time I’m shocked at the level of nasty, batshit crazy people who post on there. I assumed it was mostly immature, naive teenagers posting due to the bizarre standards they hold others to and the crazy conspiracy theories.
