Lockdown rolls on, so we're staying in and isolating with the FAF.
The bar is stocked, the floor has been mopped, the tables have been wiped, and the HBFs are however you want them

(We're also doing lots of washing and gardening.)

Has today’s dentistry been successful Helen? Hopefully you’re not in any pain with it. Also, perhaps your enthusiasm has run away with mine.

It’s managed to stay dry here. The washed bath mat didn’t dry though, but I think that generally takes about a week.

Evening. Tooth is not hurting (yet), it's just got a bloody annoying hole where there should be some tooth. Believe me, I will win Olympic Gold for complaining if it starts to hurt and you will be sick of me whinging. I haven't tried re-filling yet - I'm going to give it a go before bed.

Flexible workplaces are very handy when you work part time Fancy - I do the same re. long weekends etc.

I've started making masks today as well - got as far as cutting the material anyway. Tomorrow is mainly a garden day, so they will probably sit on the table as 'cut out bits of material' for a least a week now - best intentions and all that.

Weather has been mostly warm and sunny - we went for a walk and climbed on top of bales, because that's what passes for fun and excitement here at the moment Oh - we saw a hare as well, so that was nice.

Currently watching John Wick 2 in which Keanu gets to wander about looking 'moody and well dressed' and 'moody and very grubby' and 'moody and a bit battered'.

Just watched Rogue One, what a depressing movie, everyone dies.

I’ve watched a Midsomer Murders with accompanying “amusing” commentary from DH and giggling from DS2 towards the end of it . We’ve got From Russia With Love on now. It hasn’t aged particularly well. What a surprise said no one ever.

WIcked - Rouge One was a bit depressing, but I rather liked it for the lack of saccharine-sweet 'happy ever after' ending for once.

Morning wenches. It seems to be sunny at the moment.

Not in the greatest of moods. DH came upstairs at about 1.40 when instead of being quiet, he decided to go and have a chat with DS1 who was still up. Said chat was full of fun and laughter because hilarious and it woke me up. So obviously they stopped chatting and laughing after I had expressed my displeasure? At first yes but then the volume and hilarity crept back up. So I’m quite tired this morning and am in a fairly irritated mood.

Exercisething this morning and then parent visiting in gardens and then Deep Blue Sea.

Shall we lock them in the dungeon with their most disliked TV on a permanent loop, and disable the mute button? Then go out into the sunshine with HBFs and / / / etc

It's mostly sunny here, but there are a lots of clouds about as well. I have put washing no, since rain isn't forecast. It will be finished in a bit over an hour - that will be when the heavens open...

Exercisething done which was absolutely woeful. Just finished week 5 and there’s been no change to my weight. It’s hard not to feel disheartened, but I shall tell myself I’m getting fitter.

Oh, I didn't know the Live Aid documentary was on. Will try to find it on catch-up. I remember it well. It was a glorious day and I was torn between watching TV and lying in the sun, so I compromised by watching the acts I liked and ignoring the others.

DS2 has, rather —suspiciously— surprisingly, cracked on with his schoolwork and has done most of the stuff that’s been set so far this week. Shan’t complain.

Tried to persuade him to come for a walk later, but even with the promise of an ice cream he said no.
