OK, Sept 1st is the first day of my new 'lifestyle' anyone want to join me? Or even hold my hand?

So as of Saturday I shall be attempting to acheive the following, I may be biting off more than I can chew initially but I am determined to get there. My aim, to lose a bit of weight, have a more organised home and happier DP.

  1. No nibling at DCs tea/leftovers
  2. No eating snacks & treats I have brought/made for DCs
  3. Walk up to my office on the second floor every day
  4. Takeaways once a fortnight at most
  5. Participate as fully as possible in Flylady activities
  6. Lounge floor to be cleared of DD3s toys before I go to bed
  7. Bottom of stairs (where clutter accumulates) to be cleared at least once a week
  8. No MNetting between 3 and DTDs bedtime (I know don't laugh)
  9. No MNettinng after 11pm when I have to get up in the morning

So anyone else want to pledge to make changes in theier life or am I going to be talking to myself?

And Daisy, hope the mastitis has cleared up. It's hard to be proactive when you're feeling shite - look after yourselves, both of you and don't stress!

How did you get on? I too have a pile of old duvets and pillows about a year old to be sorted out - gaah!

DD said one of her first joined up sentences this morning while I was trying to clear a path in our bedroom - 'mummy, this room is very messy' - double gaaah!!!

But over the weekend I managed to get my hallway hotspot clear and clean so I'm not embarrassed opening the door to Jehovahs Witnesses (about the only visitors we get!!) anymore.

Atkinsing still going well, however, although no weight loss this week - not stressing, tis a long-term thing and after the quite frankly silly loss of the last 3 weeks, I can wait!

I am still here....still ill...but lost over 8lb in a week ...I am starting again as soon as I wake up and feel human..
