Another busy day, plus DS is home for a couple of nights tomorrow, so needed to get his room ready - FancyCat likes to sleep on his bed when he's away, so it gets a bit hairy

Hurrah for FancyDS being home for a bit. Do you want any extra? DS2 is being an epic PITA already. Shouting, swearing, etc, etc. I’ve not even mentioned homework to him yet. Le sigh.

And it’s raining.

Morning. Also raining here. for LetUs re. the PITA. DS is hardly here this weekend what with SportingActivity and parties, so I am expecting some PITA moment as I make him complete the homework that he refused to do during the holiday, which has to be in on Monday. FFS and all that.

Other than that, I should be doing some housework and working out where to dry the washing. We also have windows being replaced in a bit over a week, which mean that people will need to be able to get to said windows This means that we will need to do the tidying thing...

I think may be I'll just crawl back under the duvet.

Started working at 7, Fräsan thought it was a good idea to wake me up extra early. Went foodshopping and now I'm on the couch with a cup of coffee, not planning to move anytime soon

Nothing much going on here, except that DS has collected the clothes that have been here since he moved out 16 years ago , so I want to do some reorganising. To be fair he didn't have much wardrobe space where he lived before, so he tended to leave the out-of-season stuff here and swap it round.

Series 1 or 2 wicked? We're still not really getting through S2, though I want to. And we have F1 qualifying on atm. To be fair, I'm not going to be staying up much longer, so I can hardly complain at DH not putting something more interesting on!

I know Apricot - I suspect that he picks stuff that interests him as an actor. We'll have to stage door him next time he does a play and demand some comedy Hurrah for DS taking his clothes way though - definitely agree that you should fill it with HBFs.

LetUs - do you need matchsticks, coffee, or just a duvet? Plus and whichever of your List takes your fancy

Hope that Fancy has managed to get most of FancyCat's hair off DS' bed... FancyCat does have a lot of hair.

In other news, DS has done his homework, and tomorrow we shall be out all day in the rather damp weather at SportingCompetition and fireworks. I may go and have a little snooze in the car...

I am at SportingCompetition where it has started being rather unpleasantly wet. The drizzle is no longer drifting past the window and is now falling steadily downwards. Fortunately I am 'participating' in the bar, so I have lent my coat to someone who is participating properly (i.e. is outside) Later, there will be atmospheric fireworks (i.e. they will be shrouded in mist and rain).

The massage part of your day off sounds nice LetUs - my shoulders feel in need of some attention . But I can live without the rest Hope miniLetUs has improved today re. PITA status. DS here is currenlty running about like a loon having lots of fun. I suspect we will pay for it at bedtime when he will be tired and very grotty.
