So hot here, took a wonderful cold shower after going to the supermarket. Thankfully we're getting lower temperatures next week.

Evening. Got VERY wet - DCs winged lots but had a nice time in the end, especially when they got picked up and driven home while Elk and I yomped back.

Today we went for a fairly long drive to our next destination. The weather was lovely. Now we are here, it is forecast to rain for the next few days

We are in the ancestral homeland of Comtess

We went out for the morning, and it wasn't raining too much. Then DS felt ill and had a temperature, so we came back again. He's feeling a bit better now, and the rain is torrential/stair-rods/thundering.

This is not the most exciting holiday I've ever had.

Been helping mum clearing out the garagea lot of it my stuff and transporting it to the big recycling center, feels good to get rid of crap.
I also collected the rest of my stuff and put it in my storage room in the building. Getting a bit full there now Knackered now.

Hurrah for claring stuff out Wicked - i't is a very nice productive feelig when you get stuff done like that.

DS is still 'meh' and a bit hot with no appetitie I have to shut down in a mo and give him a bed-time cuddle - awww :) Tomorrow is definitely another day, and hopefully one with a fully recovered DS.

Probably not the same storms helen, but similar in intensity I think - was pretty horrible driving up the M1 with all the spray from the lorries. We were lucky as apart from one minor accident, all the others were on the other carriageway, so we weren't delayed by much.
