Worked 7-11, not thrilled about getting up that early but the time goes pretty fast and it's nice with some extra money.
Went out in the rain and bought a lamp I've had my eye on for a while and it was 25% off today, I love a good deal
Just had a wonderful cup of coffee and a chocolate donught and I'm not moving from this couch.

Afternoon.

Put a wash on this morning and forgot to put it out until 3 o'clock. At least it's windy and not raining at the moment so it should dry.

I was doing some hoovering in the dining room this morning, went into the hall, looked back and there was a ginormous spider on the floor where I'd just been. Aaaargh! First I've seen this year except for the spindly things which don't bother me. I threw a towel on it and stamped on it for about ten minutes. DH can remove the body when he comes home.

Hope LetUs is having a fab day and it's not raining and Helen is able to have her snooze in the car.

DS1 and I got piss wet through. Geeky HBF was at the university - as an employee, not a student! DS1 is doing my nut in about university stuff but I think things are finally starting to get through. Walked to BigDepartmentStore but they didn’t have the brand I was after even though it’s on their website.

I now have a drink and am going to watch Strictly. Might watch Kelvin’s samba —again— as a warm up.
