I’ve just watched DS1 tying his shoelaces (although this could apply to many things). He was going so slowly, I thought he’d fallen asleep. And by 7.20 I’d already ruined DS2’s day - only his day though so my powers are slipping.

Afternoon. It was beautifully sunny earlier. I had go to the post office and thought I'd sit outside when I got back. By then it was raining.

Oh, someone's seen a notice in the location where they're filming Lethal White about the impact on the area, and it says it will be aired in Autumn 2020. I'm getting a bit like a sadly departed aunt who always used to say about an event in the future "If I'm still here". She did say it for about 10 years though.

Apricot I had a great grandma like that. She said she was deein’ (northern for dying) from about the age of 70. I’ve not long left she’d say. I think she was 98 when she died. The bottle of booze she kept in the cupboard next to her chair may have helped

Have actually managed to put my feet up this evening - well when I finally got home! DD did get dinner started for me & we had very tasty roast chicken. Have had to be careful to keep FancyCat away from the cooling remains - that's tomorrow's dinner. I don't plan on cooking at all tomorrow as I will be watching the World Athletics Championships
