Also see to have an increase in workload today so will need to crack on with that.

Well, in other news, school communications, via the 3 different apps they want us to use, is going really well Last night I picked up an email reminding me about an information meeting that I knew nothing about, for a trip that I know nothing about Apparently one of his friends has had letters home about it. This, combined with DS missing his first music lesson because no-one had given him the timetable for it, is not filling me with confidence in whoever is meant to be dealing with this sort of thing. Oh well...

Work was crap. DH being later home than usual because of traffic and having a grump at me because then he’d be a bit late going out was crap. Homework is crappity crap.

I’m watching the Mercury Music Prize. I’ve missed Foals’ performance - seems to be a theme for me this year seeing as theirs was the gig I missed through illness in June. This band on now are making me feel very old.

I have done bugger all today - saw DS onto the bus and then snuck back into bed. Stupid cat woke me up at 10am by miaowing at me and then sat on me. DH wandered up and pointed out that it was 10:45 oops. Well, I clearly needed the sleep.

Inconvenient has has also turned into Lassie - he has just come all way way upstairs to yowl at me, walk away a bit, look back, yowl again, walk away, look back, yowl again.. until I got up and followed him downstairs and gave him some food. Never mind that DH was in the kitchen. FFS.

And finally, for your entertainment. WTF are my brain/fingers doing?! I was just sending an email saying that "I've asked a colleague". Then I looked at the screen and I'd typed "I've naked a colleague" I should probably spend the day eating cake in Apricot's garden too. It might be safer.

Actually, I have DGS at the moment. It's the wedding of the century today at which DD is a bridesmaid to her friend. It's been going on for two years now since she got engaged, with monthly discussion meetings for the 5 bridesmaids which involve a meal and often overnight stays with spreadsheets on costs, 'bride squad' t-shirts, 'bridesmaid' tiaras, a 3-day hen weekend, a bridal shower and goodness knows what. It's cost DD a fortune. Actually I'm a bitch because they're a nice couple and I think DD has enjoyed it but honestly Bridezilla doesn't cover it.

I’ve been browsing for clothes. It would help if the models stood up straight so I could see what the clothes properly look like. I got a jumpsuit from Next. Supposed to be red, it’s more orange —and is rather tight around the middle—. Other than that it’s gorgeous so I’m looking for something to top it. Loads of time though.

I am determined to have a massive paperwork tidy up tomorrow.

What I really want is to sack off the paperwork and spend all night and day doing splendidly filthy things with HBFs.
