Family party was lovely - saw lots of people and had a nice time and ate far too much Also had a nice sleep in the car coming home. DS is now stropping upstairs after being told no more x-box until homework is done. I think he's suffering from a combination of late night/no lie-in/sore from falling over at SportingActivity last night and of course, from being a stroppy little git if he doesn't get his own way.

Slept in really late today but I got up at 6.30 yesterday so it evens it out. The only useful thing I'm doing today is vacuuming, part from that I'm just going to lay on the couch watching telly and eating chocolate

I’ve done the ironing so Aramis and Athos are discussing how they should reward us Helen.

Though, to be honest, I've done three laundry loads and 4-5 wheelbarrows of leaves cleared up, plus my arms are all tingly from pulling up nettles. So I don't think I want much reward other than a back massage and a hot bath just now. Though I'm sure Athos could persuade me otherwise. Very easily.

FFS at DS1 and Sporting Activity - at least DS2 is being cooperative. DS here did his homework too, so he has been having a pajama/x-box /film day

Morning. Is all sunny and I have been for an early morning jog (aka DS was running late for the bus).

I also look like I've been punched in the eye - mozzie bit my by the eyebrow and now my face is all puffy round the eye. It looks a bit odd. Needless to say, neither DH or DS have noticed. Maybe I should dye my hair pink...
