Have been out in the garden - hung out the washing, weeded some beds, clucked at the chicken, looked at the beehive (they're out and about today) and got stalked by the cats - I think that they've decided that since there are humans slaves here constantly again, we should therefore be providing food constantly. Our cats are actually pigs. Oh I also unblocked the kitchen drain - there were leaves in the trap again. Thrillz, eh?

Just to match your levels of excitement I have watched some Midsomer Murders whilst I was supposed to be bringing the washing in and then ironing it. I got distracted by a Magnum ice cream. Then lovely MIL phoned so I chatted to her. Then DS2 and DH phoned on the way back from the park, I looked out of the window and it was weeing it down. Fab. Been to see the parents and am now back and about to get DS2 started on some homework. If he doesn’t start now, he’ll leave it until the end of half term.

DH is pissing me off. He’s thrown something away of mine (inexpensive and easily replaced, but not the point and I wanted to use them now) when gathering up some stuff that was on the floor next to my side of the bed. I’m watching Say Yes To The Dress UK. So far the weddings are taking place in Venice, South of France, and Santorini. It’s making me want to go and try on lots of wedding dresses.
