I'm still sniffling, but not too bad atm. It is jolly cold outside though. I think I heard rumours of a frost tonight which wouldn't surprise me given the temperature. That would do nasty thing to the pear and plum blossom and subsequent harvest

DS is now whining about being told to turn off the xbox. FFAS - I'm tempted to just lob the thing out the window but the meltdown would just be hideous. One of my friends deleted games off hers when the DC annoyed her too much - respect. I'm not hard-core enough. (And I also don't know how to.)

I don't watch much TV when I'm on my own Helen, but I have one episode of season 3 Shetland left, so I'll probably watch that at some point.

Sacked off homework in the end. Traffic wasn’t too bad thankfully and I didn’t go the wrong way (a special talent of mine). Did a bit of shopping which DS2 loved. I could tell he was particularly fond of it by the incessant whinging and whining.

We’ve got something on about healthy eating and weight and stuff. They’ve demonstrated a “string test” to find out whether any fat you’ve got is in a not great place or something. I’m contemplating having a go at that tomorrow. Perhaps I should do something very energetic all night to try and burn some calories?
