Unfortunately I’ve had an absolute shitter of a day, when I finally got to sleep last night (not because of HBFs sadly) I had a crap night’s sleep, work was poo, and my weight is on the up. And my hair looks like shit. Pity party for one please.

I believe that Pity Parties in the Tav come with a full complement of HBFs... (examples provided for illustrative purposes) they will provide full reassurance that you are fab LetUs and work is shite, and everything will look better after a decent night's sleep.

I just googled 'lotus biscuit icecream' and got loads of DIY recipes. Probably not quite like the real thing. For perfection, you just need to add HBFs to pass them to you/smear icecream all over, etc.

MrHelen is on Drugs and exercises. Fingers crossed it will ease after a few days and he will actually keep doing the exercises to stave off further problems.I have a stonking headache and am on drugs and gritted teeth.

FFS, can I have just one bloody morning where I don't have to clear up cat vom on top of all the other morning chores? I just told DS to fill in a a school book, and he complained that there was 'too much to do' Just as well he was out of the room or there might have been a meltdown on my part. (So far this morning he has played on the xbox and eaten breakfast.)

Athos can do all the uploading he wants - in fact, I insist on it.
