You know that thing where exercise makes you feel energised and you feel better for it? Not after swimming tonight it seems. Exercise tonight makes me want to curl up under a huge duvet and sleep. Or entertain HBFs, but you know, that's just not going to happen due to their imaginary status, so I'll just go with the sleep thing. you never know - my subconscious might come up the goods for once.

We need to book a meet-up, I need something to look forward to...

I’ve heard of this feeling good and energised after exercise Helen. Don’t recall ever experiencing it, although I’d be prepared to give the theory a go with some HBF exercise.

Afternoon. Bit of a miserable day here.

I went to the dental hygienist this morning. Why she keeps giving me a lesson in cleaning my teeth at my age I don't know. I do everything I'm told, electric toothbrush, interdental brushes, mouthwash etc., she says they look fine, but still makes me feel like a child.

Then I went into town to stock up on stuff and then Lidl for groceries. I'm shattered.

ooh, pretty nails They look lovely apricot - I just have never got the hang of nail varnish (previous attempts in red have made me look like I've been gutting animals with my bare hands) and my nails just annoy me when they get too long
