I have been working, tidying, and doing laundry. FMAL - why does my morning not consist of lounging about in bed with HBFs? It's SO unfair #Kevin

Done stuff around the house including unclogging the bathroom sink from my hair and also cleaned two floor drains (?). Also changed lightbulbs outside and schlepped some stuff around. Bloody exhausted now.

I've been sorting cupboards out with the idea that I'll chuck loads of stuff out and make more room. It all went back in because, you know, I may need it. At least it's all tidy.

We’re amazing wenches who can unclog drains and do all sorts of other house stuff, leaving HBFs to conserve their energy because, let’s face it, they’re going to need it

Took DS2 to swimming. Cancelled until next week. I’m off out tonight. Only sort of looking forward to it but I agreed to go —ages ago— and I can’t really back out. The people I’m meeting with are lovely so I think I’m just being lazy.

You'll have a lovely time LetUs - it will be like when you had friends round your house - turned out fab. And yes - we are all super-efficient and self-sufficient wenches.

Those are unrelated events - I'm not cooking on an actual fire. I'm not going that far down the self-sufficiency route (yet)
