I hope your head is feeling better apricot - I sympathise with the seasonal changing thing, I often get low level sinus issues at this time of year. Not as awful as migraines, just persistent & irritating.

Had a shite night’s sleep. Lots of pre back to school stuff to sort. I’d rather just go back to bed.

Am doing the name labels thing. Only one lot to do though I suppose. Also discovered that DS2 needed new shoes yesterday but I left that to DH. Must remember to put his name in those too. Gah I think I’m more nervous than DS2.

Oh god - the labels thing. I need to do DS's shoes, but other than that I think everything still fits (and is labelled) Oh - plimsols. Bloody plimsols. I sense an emergency plimsols run coming on after SportingEvent

Well my emergency plimsol run was stymied by a distinct lack of any plimsols in his size I'll have to dig out last terms and keep my fingers crossed... it's not like they ever use the bloody things.

Oh Helen, my sympathy. Yesterday, no builders two doors away, so I thought I was safe outside. But no, they were shooting in the field over the road. I put up with it as they weren't too close, but today it's horrendous, right opposite and the shots reverberate round the garden. I jump every time. It's not a bird scarer, God knows what they're shooting at. I had to come in.

Bodyguard tonight.

Urgh at booming cannon noises and shooting and no plimsolls.

Hurrah for headache going and lovely evening though.

Took DS2 out for a practice walk to and from school and childminder’s. Sent him home one way and I went the other. His bag’s packed so we seem ready for Tuesday.

We’re going to do episode 1 of Bodyguard tonight.

Evening. Helped mum move the rest of her stuff except the furniture. I'm exhausted. She is also looking at an apartment to buy tomorrow. I'm also looking for a new place. Her ex probably will be released soon and probably won't move from their house freely.
