I saw a bit of that programme letus - seems the best thing to do to avoid your skin ageing is to stay under a duvet with assorted hbfs. Well what they actually said was to stay out of the sun, but I bet that's what they really wanted to say.....

Oh I agree Fancy. What us wenches need to do to maintain our youthful appearance is to stay under duvets with HBFs. Also, think of the benefits from all the exercise too. That’s a win win. With all those HBFs actually there’d be an awful lot of winning

Managed to watch ep 2 of Bodyguard eventually. It's just his looks and the part he plays, it put me in mind of Terminator. You'd have to see it really. It is very good, edge of your seat stuff.

Urgh at anxiety dreams. My current one is usually about my car being stolen. I’ll no doubt be having one next week about missing buses and being late just before the DC go back to school/college. And double urgh at then being in a bad mood when you wake up. Hope the day improved.

DS2 was super brave at the dentist.

Speaking of stubbly scruffiness, we have a ScruffyBF (as opposed to HBF) at work, not my dept, but on the same floor. He looks quite promising from a distance - messy hair, lots of stubbly beardiness, but lacking in the 'hot' factor on a closer (walking past him on route to kitchen) inspection.

I suppose I should do something about cooking... something more effective than just sitting here thinking about it...

I’ve moved beyond hoping for HBF at work —because that’s never going to happen—. Competent, computer literate, not a lazy shite - those are the requirements. Anything else would be a bonus.

I have just discovered (probably been available for ages) a Haagen-Dazs flavour called Speculoos Caramel Biscuit & Cream. I think Speculoos is basically the same as Lotus biscuits. It is delicious. The healthy eating’s going well

Fancy - obviously, you need to experiment with both options. Repeatedly. Because you have to prove that your results are repeatable, or your research is fatally flawed. Mind you, if the research is flawed, it will need to be repeated to prove your hypothesis, so... looks like a win-win situation to me.
