I wish I could Helen. I’ve got extra this weekend because I didn’t do any last Sunday because —I was hideously hungover to mid afternoon— didn’t feel well and only did the absolute minimum mid week. I suppose it’s my own fault.

Also I’ve alre negated walking to and from BestFriend’s by having a packet of crisps and some chocolate when I got home. I’m not too good at this willpower stuff

Oh wenches, we've lost Buffy. They've noticed for a couple of weeks that she's been getting weaker, and last night her back legs went. Son-in-law took her to the vet this morning, they did bloods and ultrasound, and she'd got tumours on her kidneys. They said there was nothing they could do, so the kindest thing was to put her to sleep. We're all so upset, DD came home from work and we've been with her. She's in a terrible state. Even DH cried. I can't believe I won't see her again.

Thank you WW. She was nearly 15 which the vet said is a good age for a Persian, so she did well.
