...Swim unaided? quick straw poll, please. my dd is nervous in the water, yet it seems that most of her peers can swim.

my 4.5y can do a little bit, wouldnt leave him totally unaided the whole time, but he can do 5+ m.

no i know what you mean though his friend in school has been able too do a length unaided just after turning 4. Although ds youngest in his swimming class who all need help.

little girl in the paper last week just turned 2 and got her 50 metre badge she can swim better than she can walk apparently!
My dd can't yet at almost 5.lost track of the running total with last post.
