I have had a very civilised spa afternoon with a friend. Until I had a massage and discovered that my back has more knots in it than a Celtic craft festival, at which point the massage became less relaxing and more painful theraputic Oh well...

Came home to an empty house, took me ages to remember that DH muttered about test driving another car. I expect he sent me a text about it while I was out. I'm not entirely sure where my phone is...

We went out for lunch with SisIL and BIL and seemed to spend the time up-dating each other with our various complaints. You know those old people who talk about their health all the time... we've turned into them.

When we came back I attempted to watch a Midsomer Murder, but fell asleep. I've now woken up with a banging headache. I really shouldn't drink at lunchtime.
