Have spent most of the morning pruning branches of trees that are overhanging the footpath. People are crossing the road to get past. It was strangely therapeutic.

Plasterer been here all day so that’s one thing done —left a bloody mess though—. So now we just need to wait for it to dry, treat a couple of walls, paint it, new carpet, new bed (which DH is building from scratch), new wardrobes, and put all his stuff back in. Should be done for Christmas. Perhaps the DC will enjoy sharing DS1’s room so much, they want to keep it going and I can use that room as my Keep Out Room. Probably not.

Also was waiting in for a delivery from Amazon. Ordered yesterday with Prime and yet again get an email saying it’ll be tomorrow. Fucksake. Stuff for DS2’s birthday tomorrow (I mean he’s not here but they’re not to know that). Anyway complained again and got another free month of Prime. Again.

I’m having a drink. Who’s with me?

DS has been happily bumbling about all day while DH worked from home and I was at BoringOfficeJob Think he'd be fine for school tomorrow, but Dr said to keep him off until Friday so... Never mind, DH will be WFH/childminding tomorrow as well while I do another BoringOfficeJob.
